So, first off, you're going to want to put on leggings. Then, you can put on black socks (basically black knee highs rolled down). Then, put on the combat boots. After that, move on to the torso. It's basically a yellow tank top underneath a white hanky hem dress with a tie and a blazer on top. Throw on some bangles for a little flare and you're done!
